Oxford – Specialized operations with close academic collaborations
Home to our scientific and technical support teams, working closely with academic and clinical partners on vaccine-related projects, product evaluations and data to support healthcare providers.

Glasgow – Technical operations center focused on engineering excellence and digital innovation
A center for process optimization, digital tools, data analytics and technical projects that enhance our supply chain efficiency, cold-chain monitoring, and customer-facing systems.

Brighton – Our logistics and vaccine distribution center
Brighton is the heart of our vaccine wholesale and distribution operations in the UK.
From here we:

  • Operate GDP-compliant warehouses dedicated to temperature-sensitive vaccines
  • Manage cold-chain storage (including 2–8°C and frozen conditions) and validated handling processes
  • Coordinate nationwide deliveries to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare providers
  • Oversee inventory management, batch and expiry tracking, and stock rotation
  • Support customers with order management, urgent deliveries, and seasonal vaccination campaigns

The site brings together warehouse and logistics teams, planners, customer service, and quality specialists – working closely to ensure that vaccines reach patients safely, reliably, and on time.
