In 2026, Bilex Pharma will open a new vaccine logistics and distribution center in Berlin, Germany, expanding our footprint and strengthening our ability to support healthcare providers across Central Europe.
The Berlin site will become a key hub in our European network, dedicated to GDP-compliant vaccine storage, cold-chain management, and distribution for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and public health institutions.

The Berlin logistics center is being designed from the ground up for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products, with a focus on vaccines.

- Defined zones for receipt, quarantine, storage, and dispatch

- 2–8°C storage capacity and additional ranges where required

- Qualified equipment and documented maintenance processes
- Inventory & Traceability
- Batch and expiry-date tracking
- FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) stock rotation
- Digital systems providing real-time inventory visibility
- Distribution & Transport Coordination
- Integration with specialized healthcare logistics partners
- Route and schedule planning tailored to healthcare providers
- Support for both regular and urgent deliveries, where feasible
All systems and procedures will be aligned with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and local regulatory requirements.
